About me
I am a teacher and a student. Here to offer what I can and open to receive the lessons life brings. Always learning. Practitioner of yoga, mindfulness, kindness and compassion. Trained in equine guided learning, offering opportunities for schooling, leadership training for yourself, not the horses. No horse experience necessary. Inquire within.

My Philosophy
Experiential learning, learn by doing. Be open to what is offered. Stay centered. Do the work, you'll get the learning. Pay attention, now. Smile and notice how it feels. Life is short, so make the most of the present moment.

Additional Information

Surrounded by nature, I wake to birds singing and welcome the outside in, and then take it outside. Appreciating what we have around us, with us, in us.

Business and Industry experience includes extensive hospitality and real estate, corporate law, knowledge management, marketing for-profit education, non-profit entities and start-up ventures. Leadership, vision, and management, my specialties. Take my classes to learn more.
