...is a credit class fitness program
based on exercising, stretching, yoga, swimming, body work and weight lifting,
developed in accordance with each student's physician's recommendation.
Emphasis is on physical fitness, body tone and coordination. May enroll
in 1/2 to 1-1/2 units per semester.
Prerequisite: meeting with instructors

General conditioning: Mon - Thurs, 9:40 a.m.-11:30
a.m.
Adapted Yoga: Mon - Thurs, 11:40 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Adapted Aquatics: Tuesday and Thursday, 2:10 - 3 p.m.
