Equity is Not a Phase: Professional Learning Series

The Umoja Equity Institute will sponsor a monthly professional learning session for College of Marin faculty and staff, continuing the Equity is Not a Phase series, inspired by the words of Dr. Pedro Noguera.  Each session will be facilitated by a different, outstanding, equity-driven campus leader providing tools to help navigate this political and cultural moment, addressing fascist threats to democracy, academic freedom, and higher education, and changing student needs. Faculty and staff will also have time to get together, talk, and build community.
