How to incorporate principles of Universal Design for Learning in your assignments

Join the Culturally Responsive Pedagogy and Practices (CRPP) program in a workshop that will help you implement principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in your assignments.

One principle of UDL is offering "multiple means of choice" assignments, where students choose how they demonstrate their learning. In the workshop, you will use a template to fill in a rubric for an assignment you use in your classroom and then modify the rubric so that it can work with a multiple-choice assignment.
