Take some time to relax and re-connect with yourself in this easy meditation session with yoga stretches. No experience necessary! Learn how easy it is to refresh and rejuvenate your energy with simple yoga stretches to release physical tension and promote relaxation of body and mind. Then we’ll move into a centering meditation practice to ground you into the beauty of the present moment. All are welcome.
