Join the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Action Committee for this series that brings us in community with COM employees of our identified racial affinity space, to support, engage, and heal with each other in reflection, dialogue, and practice. We cultivate brave racial identity affinity spaces that center Black healing and solidarity and anti-racist practices. Please note that you do not need to have attended a past Community in Practice space to join us this semester.

How do you know which racial affinity group is the right fit for you?

As a member of a racial affinity group, we will engage in conversations and practices pertaining to race and racism and how our race impacts how we experience the world and how we can show up for racial justice.
