Researching propositions can be confusing and time consuming. The College of Marin Library will welcome Conor Johnston to campus to help learn about the seven statewide propositions on the ballot. Conor is a policy and community relations expert, and small business owner from Marin County. He served for four years as Chief of Staff to then-President of the SF Board of Supervisors London Breed and more recently as a policy and strategy advisor to her campaign for Mayor. Conor has helped write and pass legislation on clean energy, toxics and waste reduction (including Bay cleanup and the strongest Styrofoam ban in the country), public safety, small business protection, affordable housing, and transportation improvements.
