The Classified Leadership Development Program is a 3-day institute and yearlong mentoring to help employees grow their personal and professional leadership skills. This program will have 8-10 participants, allowing it to be personalized to fit the participants’ goals. The program focuses on self-leadership, career advancement, and relationship-building within the organization.
What is the timeline and commitment?
- 3-day institute at the Kentfield Campus
- Once a month meeting with assigned mentor from June – March
- Once a month meeting developing a project plan with your cohort June -March
- Project presentation and graduation from program April
