Join us for an inspiring showcase of original artwork by Social Justice Peer Educator Heather De Leon Alvarez.
Through four powerful pieces, Heather explores how each of us can take action on social justice issues starting exactly where we are, using the skills and passions we already have. Heather is a first-generation Latina college student who is graduating this spring and transferring. She uses art as a tool for storytelling, reflection, and change. This program invites you to connect, reflect, and discover your own path toward building power and creating impact in your community.
