Retirement Readiness

This session provides an overview of retirement-related benefits and transition opportunities available to College of Marin employees. 

Participants will learn about retirement eligibility, service credit, pension planning resources, health benefits considerations, and programs such as phased retirement and reduced workload opportunities. Whether retirement is years away or just around the corner, this session will help employees better understand the options available to support a successful transition.
