Leadership Institute for Tomorrow (LIFT):
Webinars: Check out the webinar series hosted by the LIFT program in collaboration with the Chancelors Office. These webinar series are designed for classified professionals but is helpful for all employees groups. The webinars focus on topics of leadership and career advancement and highlight stories of leaders throughout the community college system.

Leadership Program: The LIFT leadership institute is a year long program for classified professionals looking to move into leadership and management. This program includes a conference and mentorship. This is free to California Community College employees.
